We only have one life. Most of us get sucked into youtube and a bunch of other shit. If we restrain our activity in those areas we get to live 2x or even 4x the amount of experiences as others. It's hard. Quitting something like youtube is like death by a thousand cuts. And we will not find something like it. But we might find new pleasures new things. It's just a choice, not better or worse. Just a choice.
